I love my blog but I hate typing. I know sounds weird. I type all day at work. I do enjoy taking photos of things I see through the day. So my blog will take you the adventures of The Rogue Quilter. To start are some photos of our Moms deck.

Hi Everyone! Can you believe Christmas has come and gone already. This year has come and gone so fast. Hopefully you are all doing well and that you had a great holiday season. Last year I decided I was going to make a Dear Jane. I know, I'm not sure why either. It is just a quilt that I really like. I started mine last January. I did not get to far as I had a deadline for my Red and White Quilt. I have taken it out and started working on it again. I will be sharing my blocks as I finish them. I know a few will have a few curse words
attached to them.

Tis the season

Hi Everyone! Is it just me or is Christmas approaching fast? I can't believe it is almost the end of November. I have been getting my Christmas projects organized. I thought I would share with you the beaded snowflakes I make up for gifts.

Happy Halloween

This is Halloween

I love Halloween, I love Halloween fabric and of course I do use it, sometimes. We all have those fabrics that you like so much that you don't want to cut into it. I think of it like a band aid. Do it quick and get it over with. Then it does not hurt so bad. I have been working on a table runner for a few weeks. The plan was not to take a few weeks but life happens and often our projects get moved aside. Today I got my table runner done. The pattern is one I have made before and really enjoy it because as you do the top you are quilting it all at once. It is finally done and now I'm moving on to my next project. My next project is a Halloween table runner as well that I bought while I was in the U.S. I am not a fan of the fabric as I think they use a lower quality cotton and can't stand touching it. But on to the fun stuff the photos.
